How many euros this subsidy amounts to and where you can apply for it is an individual matter, and varies both from city to city and according to your degree of disability.
An application for such a subsidy should, however, be submitted before the move and not afterwards. As soon as you are sure that you want to move, you should also apply for the subsidies, as this can take a while. Make use of them and make your move considerably easier on yourself.
